Welcome to Total Fitness at South River! To register for your FREE class, please reserve the class that works for you. Plan to arrive 20 minutes before class to get a quick tour, meet the trainer to discuss any fitness limitations you may have and your fitness goals. Be sure to bring plenty of water to stay hydrated.
If this is your first group fitness class in a while, please remember to take it easy and drink plenty of water during and after class.
Everyone is committed to our guests having a great workout experience with us so do take it at a pace that is comfortable for you and don’t hesitate to ask for modifications. We want your first workout experience with us to be enjoyable, effective and fun!
