Your 1st class is free
Welcome to Total Fitness at South River! To register for a FREE class, please reserve the class that works for you. Plan to arrive 15 minutes before class to get a quick tour, meet the instructor to discuss your fitness goals and any limitations you may have.
If this is your first group fitness class in a while, please be sure to drink plenty of water during and after class to stay hydrated. When participating in the class, do so at your own pace, and ask for modifications to fit your ability. We want your first workout experience with us to be enjoyable, effective, fun and keep you coming back for more!
